Stumbled across Explore Tours when I was trying to put together an itinerary for our family trip to Alaska. They emailed me a suggested itinerary when they received a request of mine for information. When I contacted them to find out who they were, I ended up telling them the places we wanted to go, and some of our preferences: (train travel, lodges, sleeping arrangements for four), and they came back with a perfect itinerary! Very professional to deal with. Very clear communication. Very reliable. We just got back and are waiting on a couple refunds from things that didn't go exactly as scheduled (and paid for) and I have no doubt that this will go smoothly as well.
