  Nice for a week long stay. Front desk was awesome! No complaints there! The carpet is very dated and pulling up in places if it were replaced it would give the hotel a fresh look but in the end it's just cosmetic. The stay was fantastic for what I needed.

  Free hot chocolate plus I only had 2 dollars and this guy said to pick any snack we wanted

  Great staff (Front desk, housekeeping and food service). Several families had damage to their homes during the subzero weather who are on extended stay until their homes are repaired and safe to occupy. The Homewood Suites staff is kind, accommodating and helpful to guests in a most stressful situation.

  The staff is great and room was clean. The kitchenette saved alot of money with a family of 4 from eating out. The social event at night from 5 pm to 7 pm is great too they have some snacks and drinks free. They do accept tips in a box placed on the counter.
  I had the king studio it has a sofa bed which was unclear on some websites. The most annoying part and part of the reason I did not give full 5 stats is the placement of the couch and TV the TV is to right of the sofa forcing you to look back over your shoulder to see the TV. Today's technology I would have used a swing arm on the wall across from sofa. When the sofa bed is out it is near impossible to get around with the placement of the desk.
  I also noticed the towels were placed on a rack in the shower not sure why but I feel that could result in wet towels. Possibly putting a corner shelf in would give a better place for towels.
