  Showed up worried about my battery and desperate for help - found amazing help from all the staff but particularly from Keith the manager. He was so awesome; went over and above my expectations with stellar customer service. My battery and another piece in my vehicle were shot. Keith replaced both pieces quickly and with a smile & friendly small talk. Wow. I didn’t think good customer service was around around anymore but its alive and well here at this AutoZone. Thank you, folks!

  Kyle the employee was amazing helped me fast and answered all my questions. Would recommend going to this chain above all others. This is the most clean, best customer service auto zone you can go to! Keith the manager there was by far the best. Not only was he knowledgeable but he went above and beyond for me. I will no longer be going to any other auto parts store just because of this experience.

  So I had already been through two headlights and a couple of fuses. I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. I walked in told Matt & Cadence what the issue was and they were more than willing to assist. Not only did they tell me that new bulbs should not be touched with my bare hands, but they even changed it for me. I’m so glad that there are people will to take those extra steps. I really appreciate you both. Thank you!!

  Had to buy $260 worth of parts to fix my pops car that vibrates when accelerating. Mat was super helpful and patient in getting me answers on the right parts before i headed to the store. At the store the 2 managers/ supervisors (Kelly, Grayson) and Mat made sure i had the rt parts and recognized my 24 yrs of USAF service with an awesome Veteran discount. Thank you guys so much! Super staff and all the parts you will need for your project or they will go out of their way to set you straight.

  I popped in today, hoping for assistance replacing my battery in my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. Yesterday I stopped into a competitor shop & they would not help due to liability. Kelly was awesome!! Super fast and efficient...and I love getting auto shop work done from a female!! Thank you Kelly 😁

  The Ark of Caring is First Class, Clean, and professional. I've seen Assisted Living Homes in Anchorage and nothing has compared. With over 5,000 sqft of living space, sprinkler system and so much more. I must say, I'm impressed!
