  I am a happy customer that always comes back to this store. I have bought 3 full sets of tires from this Tire Kingdom store for three different cars of mine. I have also bought brakes, and done tune-ups here as well. Richard Cortes, the manager, is highly professional, listens to the customer, gives clear technical advise on the needs and solutions for your car, and works hard to give you the best possible service.   I must say, I needed to air up my tires before a fairly long drive. The tire pressure monitor showed four different pressures. I did not purchase the tires from Tire Kingdom (this time), however, next ones for sure!. Richard Cortes, the store manager ,came out side himself and proceeded to air up and down as needed. Customer service was extra-ordinary!. I offered to pay whatever and he said no thanks. When in the area, I will definitly consider them for future tires and service. You should too!

  Went in to get my tires rotated. They told me about half an hour to an hour, but it took an hour and a half. I've bought tires for all my cars here and they always do a good job. Overall the wait sometimes is long, but they get the job done.

  I have experienced excellent customer service at both of the Miami locations I have gone to. The employees never speak with me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about and are kind and respectful.
  Today was no different. During my repair, it began to rain - and instead of pulling my car to the parking lot - they left it in the garage for me to pick up so I wouldn’t have to go in the downpour. Such a simple thing but care like this is the reason I keep going back.
