(April 11, 2018, 4:33 pm)My GF and I purchased a queen sized mattress from here. Michelle was a great help to us during this purchase. After bringing the mattress home, it smelled terribly of smoke. We didn't even sleep on it the first night. We promptly returned to the store the next morning and explained what had happened. They apologized and immediately set motion to get it replaced for us - at no additional cost. We returned the mattress to the Warehouse and exchanged it for a smoke free brand new one. The issue was the warehouse had mislabeled one of the mattresses. We were given a return, instead of a brand new one. This was not the fault of the store. I am happy with my purchase from mattress firm and would consider them an option when looking to shop for a new mattress again.
