  Update: Below was my initial review. Unfortunately I had to take several hours out of my day to drive to the GSO airport to get this issue resolved because the phones do not work but I will say National Car Rental made it worth the few hour (round trip) drive. Vince and Kaylie went above and beyond expectations to resolve this issue. I must say I am extremely pleased with the customer service these two provided. As I went up to the counter fully prepared to plead my case I had all the expectations of extreme push back and a real battle getting this corrected. Vince and Kaylie made it simple and handled it quickly. These two are incredible. Thank you!!
  
  Worthless!!!! I am an Emerald Executive member and had a reservation for for $213. Went to the Emerald aisle. Executive members get to pick out any car in that row and the National agent gave me a nicer care and now are trying to charge me $1,530. Trying to call National at the airport and cant' get anyone one the phone. If I could give this location a 0 stars or negative stars I would. Pathetic!!!

  As an Elite member, I suggest the GSO manager and his staff travel the US to train other airport National staff members how it should be done!
