  By far the best fly fishing experience we have ever had. We are returning this summer after a year off. Looking forward to our trip.

  If you have never been to WPL you NEED to go. It is truly an incredible experience and worth every penny!
  
  Ours was a family trip with three brothers and five kids. The staff was excellent and had many choices of activities planned in advance for the kids to choose from when we weren't out fishing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their time there and the staff made us all feel very much at home. Thank you all!
  
  Their fishing guides are remarkable, friendly, very knowledgeable, and eager to help you with anything they can. We all caught fish and had a blast doing it!
  
  If you go for no other reason, go for the food. It was INCREDIBLY delicious. They have a full-time chef and a pastry chef that prepared meals suitable for the finest of restaurants. Two of the kids were not "fish eaters" and they ate the fish. It was that good.
  
  All the gear necessary for fishing was provided, so you just need to bring yourselves. After a day of fishing we just relaxed and enjoyed each other's company. it was a perfect no worries relaxing and fun trip.
  
  To summarize:
  You need to go to WPL.
  The staff is superb.
  The fishing guides are excellent.
  The food was fabulous.
  You won't regret it.

  Wow, what a place. We went to visit our niece and to fish. We found wonderful fishing, great lodging and fantastic food. The guide supplied to us was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly caring for both my wife and I as we went. WOW! What a trip. Would love to go back and do it again! Would highly recommend Wilderness Place Lodge

  I cant say enough good things about Wilderness Place Lodge. The team was excellent, the food was amazing, and the cabins were clean and cozy. The fishing trip was great. I wish we could have stayed longer! Overall, such a wonderful experience!

  Wilderness Place Lodge is an outstanding experience! The staff is unbelievably friendly, helpful and tireless. They go above and beyond to account for a fantastic guest experience in every possible way. The food is incredible and one of the highlights of the trip but the Lodge and it's surrounding wilderness is the real gem. The staff helps you plan an experience tailored to your wishes and offers a variety of unique fishing experiences. We will be back to see Colleen and staff again in 2020! Thank you for the incredible hospitality and fun!
