After my first drop in I ended up purchasing the 10 class punch card and worked out here for the rest of the month. Keila does a great job running this place! All the coaches are well trained and super informative, the workouts are programmed well, and strict sanitation protocols made me feel safe during the pandemic. “They worked well with what we could pay. Without the loss of quality of care, for my felines. And we’re very understanding of my concern for my hurt kitty. I had to bring in a couple of them over the years. And their walk in times seems to be perfect, cause I never needed to take them in on a emergency walk in any other days. Once I was able to get a same day appointment. So they can be very flexible. And are very good with medication refills.. Once on the weekend also. But that was our fault. I didn’t know we had ran out then ‘ my dad skipped a day or two on giving his cats her meds’. Thankfully they were there for us/the cat.”

“I've heard about this location. I took a chance yesterday because I'm a self proclaimed reviewer. I went through the drive thru in the morning on a weekday. All I wanted was a caramel frappe. There was this young lady with braids working drive thru. She had the sweetest demeanor. Biggest smile. I tasted the frappe before leaving. DELICIOUS! Not everyone makes them right. “This place saved my life. I had a “silent heart attack” which also was so severe that it’s called the widow maker heart attack. I felt something was wrong because my heart would beat erratically at the gym. Spoke with my VA Primary Care Physician and requested an EKG to see what was wrong. After arguing and disagreeing for 6 months, I just went to the base ER. I thought the attending Physician was going to have have a heart attack himself! He was wonderful! Within two weeks, Dr Shaw in Cardiology had me set up for a quintuple bypass (though I ended up only needing double bypass) and was well on my way to recovery. It’s been three years, my heart is in fantastic shape. If I had not gone to the base ER, I WOULD NOT BE ALIVE TODAY! Thank you all for an outstanding job. As a side note, I contacted the Hospital CO and relayed my experience and asked that the doctors involved be given, at the very least, a meritorious letter - I don’t know if they were. I did however, bring the ER Doctor, my Cardiologist, and my Thoracic Surgeon each a an expensive bottle of single malt scotch. I think they more than earned it!”
