When I (Jacque) went to pick them up, they had everything loaded together, the list ready for review and signature and they loaded it all up for me without any hesitation. I am an Alaskan girl so I am totally used to just 'doing' without expecting (like just pulling the truck up and loading my own items) so this was a throwback to good old fashioned service. They greeted me right when I came up, they were organized and they were helpful. “I was introduced to Stiles Automotive by a coworker. I have taken two of my vehicles there several times and the team at Stiles is always professional and courteous. I took my Jeep there to get fixed after this backyard "mechanic" I found on Craigslist named "Jay" made it worse and created other problems then and charged me about $1200 over the course of the "repair". Stiles fixed the problems that were supposedly "fixed," plus did additional work and recommended other needed repairs at certain intervals for less than that backyard mechanic charged me. They even did it faster! Lesson learned. I'll never go back to a backyard mechanic again. Stiles has great shop rates and will always be honest with the customer. ”

“If I could give 500 stars I would. We were stuck in the hotel 3.5 days due to plumbing hell at our house. But Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. Clean, quiet, warm and spacious rooms. I brought my cat there too, and she went missing. (Turns out she had climbed under and up into the bed) but the hotel was so kind about it all. I highly recommend the breakfast and heated pool too. Fabulous place to stay.”
