Independent Baptist Church

I usually really dislike visiting other churches while out of town. And while the music was very different from what we are used to at our church (we’re from the south)……the preaching was life changing! This preacher has the touch of God on his. My daughter and I were very moved….if I lived in this area I would make this my home church.

While my son and I was visiting in Alaska. I wanted to find a fairly small, family feel, home away home and inviting church and we found it. We really enjoyed the people and the service. The preacher and his wife is very sweet and friendly. When we come back to Alaska we will be back to visit. Thank you and God Bless.

Great church! While traveling through the area I got stuck on the military installation. They graciously picked me up for services and brought me back to my place. What a great group of called out individuals...thank you so much for your hospitality. 😁👍

Great church. The pastor loves the Lord. A lot of young families who love to serve. Very hospitable church. This church is biblically based that does things based on biblical principles. Great traditional music and still uses the KJV. Great atmosphere, too.

The Independent Baptist Church of Anchorage is a wonderful church to attend. I grew up there for almost 10 years, and the Lord has really worked on my heart through the preaching and teaching of the Bible. They stand strong on the fundamentals of the faith, and the atmosphere is very friendly. I would encourage any family, and any person that wants to develop a relationship with Christ and serve Him, or have fellowship with other believers to visit this church.
