Built an absolute masterpiece gaming pc on my budget. Love the product he assembled for me. The $100 assembly fee is totally worth it.
Having visited Eagle River Electronics (ERE) twice, I am impressed. Justin, the proprietor and technician, is fluent in computer repair and has a variety of fairly priced custom computers for sale, ranging from entry level to serious gaming. The "Electronics" part of the business name is apt. Not only does Justin repair computers, he also replaces phone and tablet screens, and can recylcle your obsolete electronics. He is articulate, patient, and polite. As a long-time computer builder myself, I know that ERE's offerings are solid. Their prices also beat the big city specialist shop prices handily. I highly recommend ERE for electronics repairs. Give them a call if you have questions.
Justin did an excellent job replacing my phone screen. Competitive pricing and a quick turn around. He was even willing to work with me on getting a second replacement after the first one encountered several issues.
EDIT: Although it was pointed out in the reply, I just want to add a comment stressing that the issues experienced with the first screen were a result of technical issues with the display unit and not a result of the repair work.
Justin completely went up and beyond to meet all levels of customer satisfaction. He was thorough and kind. He checked in with his progress and made sure everything was handled the best to his ability. Highly recommend these services for any of your electronic needs!
I technically have not received services yet, however the shop dog, Chonk, alone deserves 5 stars (all customers are encouraged to dip into the dog treat jar). Justin can handle everything from your laptop to tablet, gaming systems…even setting up your new Tesla. $60 per hour for labor, with and if you want him to come to you…because setting up a router is akin to nails on a chalkboard…he will charge a $25 flat fee in addition. The one on one attention is worth that and a cup of coffee. He told me a story about a hoarding mouse inside of a computer tower. Needless to say, he is adept at solving all problems! Support a newer Eagle River local business stop by or give Justin a call.
