I have been a customer since 2006 and have always been happy with the service, product availability, and overall environment. Today was unique though and the help I received was not only helpful to myself but I know will lead to certain communities of local performers returning with me because our local Castle supports our performance arts endeavors as much as other clientele on a mission for a wide variety of quality and affordable danceware.

Knew about The Castle for years, but never visited until today. Came looking for lingerie for my new TPE love doll and was not disappointed. Store was clean, staff are proactive and helpful, and a wide array of product selection is available.

Always a good visit but the older lady with the pale hair was a PHENOMENAL time yesterday. Super friendly, informative, curious and helpful with a fantastic sense of humor in marketing her products!! I have not laughed so good and jolly in a long minute and I would love to see her everytime I shop.

Really helpful staff members and a welcoming environment. The staff member wore disposable gloves and tested to make sure anything with batteries worked before it went out of the store. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to spice up their private time with a partner or solo.
