(February 8, 2024, 11:05 am)Update: they contacted me and I got a free wash to make up for the bad one! And when I got there, the one that had given me problems was closed. So I will be returning to them for giving me great customer service!
I just went through and bought the highest wash available. It never got out of the cleaning stage, and it kicked me out with soap still on my car. I attempted to find someone and I called the number listed with no answer. I'm really frustrated at the fact that I HAVE to pay a second time to at least get the soap off of my car. -

(January 7, 2023, 5:30 pm)This car wash did an amazing job. While I think the picture helps put things into perspective, my vehicle was in way worse condition when I showed up. After driving from Georgia the whole back end of the car was caked in salt, snow and a quarter inch of ice. I'll definitely be coming back. And great job to the owner for staying on top of communicating with the customers.
