The were able to take care of all my concerns and fix them. I don't expect people to be perfect, but. I do expect things to be "right." They will work to get you the best prescription and ensure that you are happy. Part of this process involved talking with billing they were able to explain what was not possible and what was possibly clearly. Without asking, I got a call from the practice manager who ensured that I was happy. I believe that you will have a good experience here with zero issues. I also think that it's nice to know that they will fix it. Dr. Kettler is wonderful and goes above and beyond. The receptionists, billing people, and manager also do as well.”
