“I HIGHLY recommend the service people at Valley RV Center for their RV knowledge, work ethic, integrity and quality work! We had the slide on our Arctic Fox 1150 Truck Camper get stuck in the “out” position while visiting in Valdez, Alaska. I was finally able to disable the gear system and push it in but this made for very tight quarters inside the camper. While Valley RV Center service department has a back up with many other RV’s, they recognize that those who are traveling thousands of miles away from home, can’t wait until this fall to have emergency repairs. When I spoke to service person Paul, he immediately appreciated our predicament, pulled away from the RV he was working on and went to work. Awhile later, Wade joined in to give a hand and operated a HiLo to help raise and lower the slide to get an exact fit. In all, the job took about 3-1/2 hours but only charge us for one hour. As far as I’m concerned, Paul, Wade and the entire Valley RV Center staff are an RV’ers best friend. July 24, 2023 I would like to add that several days after the slide repairs Paul and Wade did for our camper, we had an accident that resulted in the drivers/rear support leg being ripped from the camper. The accident happened on a Sunday so on Monday, I showed up at Valley RV to see what could be done. This repair would require more time and preparation so they scheduled me in for the following Monday. I arrived that morning at 8:30. It was impressive to watch Paul cut, tear apart, fill in, splice, bolster, caulk and finally re-assemble an item that is so critical for the success of the truck camper lifestyle. By 2:00, the job was completed, tested and I was on my way. I will always be grateful to Paul, Wade and Valley RV for their talent, expertise and service. I’ve included a few photos of the before and after work.”

“Think about all of the traits you would want for the people who you have chosen to take final care of your loved one. Our recent experience with Janssen's in the valley proved to us that a place with those traits does exist. The director, Sam, was impeccable in every regard. Calm, caring and professional. He addressed all of our questions, answered his phone every single time I called and delivered on every promise. The service was perfect. His recommendation for a person to officiate turned out to be a marvelous choice. We had expected about 50 folks to attend the service and when 200 showed up we were floored - but Sam wasn't. He made things happen. Brought in extra chairs, printed up more memorial folders, all the while keeping things on track. So, to Sam and the rest of the staff at Janssen's please accept our heart-felt thanks for the exemplary job you did. You folks made a very difficult day one that we will hold in our memories forever.”

“Had a water issue over a weekend, and got ahold of these guys. David was able to come out to our house fairly quickly and assess our issue. Although he wasn't equipped to fix our particular problem, he correctly assessed that our well pump was failing and referred us to a well specialist company. Good customer service and was one of the few plumbers to get back to me quickly on a weekend.”

“Hiking the Long Lake Loop in the Matanuska Lakes State Recreation Area traverses you through forested and open grassy fields nestled between multiple lakes. The hiking paths have signage to guide you to different trails and lakes. The trail paths are well worn including the paths through the grassy fields. It is recommended to bring bug spray, sunscreen, noise maker/bear spray and stay alert while you enjoy the trails solo or with others. There is a $7 parking fee for day use and machine is located near the restrooms.”
