(July 29, 2021, 1:55 pm)We were on vacation and had a mechanical issue with the rental from Enterprise at Fairbanks International. We we had made it to Palmer when the vehicle was about to give up. Sheryl, Gabriel and Bob went above and beyond to help us out. They quickly located another SUV and had us back on the road in no time. Their fast work saved a good portion of our vacation. Thank you so much.

(June 19, 2020, 10:16 am)I was in and out quickly. However, when I called for help to pair my phone to the vehicle only one person had the ability to help and they were busy. I was told they’d call back in 10 minutes and didn’t hear from them until the next day. Never got the phone to pair. Had to purchase and bring my own extra speaker.
