My 13 yr old laptop developed a problem, overnight. My anti-virus programs had been shut off without my knowledge & I couldn't get them back up & running; daily "updates" from unknown sources were locking down my computer for hours at a time ~ so I took it to Steve. For just $60 and an overnight stay, he deleted the problems, got the anti-virus protection back up & running, and cleaned out the computer which had gathered dirt & dust over the years (on the inside). He's great. He's personable, knows what he is doing, charges a fair rate for his services ~ gives you an estimate which sometimes comes in under what he first thought it would be, his establishment is clean & organized. I am SO glad he moved into this area and would recommend Arctic Penguin Technologies to everyone who lives in the Willow, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek, even Wasilla area - as the The Place to Go if you have computer problems. 5 Stars, without a doubt!
