First off, Jacob White is the best Service Advisor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I never have a problem getting an appointment time when it fits my schedule with Jacob. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I tell family and friends to ask for Jacob. The dealership is always clean. I like the fact that my car is washed and clean when I get it back.
This was a phenomenal experience. I shopped the car from California, drove to AZ to view and ultimately purchased two days later. Would have purchased the next day, but it was New Year's Day. Sales people were great, negotiated and purchased with all paperwork completed in less than two hours. Enough time to go pick up my daughter, bring her back and totally surprise her with a great birthday present. She was elated. Highly recommend.
Robert in service ALWAYS makes sure our vehicles are taken care of in a timely manner. He is always thorough, he listens and really does care about customer satisfaction. I went to a different Dodge dealer for a long time and lost my service writer to a promotion...to the next guy I was a just a number... It took a long while to find Robert and now we drive an extra 15 miles out of our way to come to this Dealership because Customer Service Matters and they have it here!
After talking to Kris for five minutes I felt I was being taken care of by an old family friend! Wonderful personality and went the extra mile to explain every detail of the process with us. Kris provided bottled water and offered soft drinks to make sure we were comfortable. When the process required interaction with other staff, Kris briefed us on how long the delay would be. Kris personally insured the vehicle was ready for delivery and did a complete walk thru with us before we left.
My beautiful wife and I have had the best experience ever in the purchasing of our 2019 Dodge truck..
