The whole team is positive, motivating, and friendly regardless of your skill and fitness level walking in. Cameron is an amazing trainer, who always encourages you to push your limits.
The instructional workout videos are extremely helpful to get your workout in outside of the 5 Star gym. The nutrition guide is a great resource when making healthy food choices. I highly recommend 5 Star Fitness and the 6 week challenge ⭐️ -

They all kept you accountable as well as there to support you with anything you needed help with. They also give you a fool proof regimen to accomplish your goals.They also have a variety of classes and services that they offer in site. I would recommend this gym to anyone to start their fitness journey.

They will hold you accountable while also teaching you about fitness and nutrition. At 5 star you aren’t just another number, they actually CARE about your results and will go above and beyond to provide the support you need. The atmosphere is inclusive and upbeat with no judgement. The equipment is top notch and the gym is always super clean. So thankful I found this GEM in Avondale! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fitness!

(December 8, 2019, 2:48 pm)5 Star Fitness is the best gym to join for the personal trainer experience. They even have nutrition and meal planning guidance! Plenty of opportunities for 1 to 1 sessions and even in small group sessions you will find personalized tips and workouts so that you can meet your goals. All of the trainers are super attentive, supportive, and friendly. Even if you haven't been inside of a gym in a decade, they will make you feel welcome and boost your confidence. I cannot believe the results I have gotten in just a month! My goal was to look like I did in my early 20s when I had muscle tone, and I'm pretty sure I am going surpass that goal in just 8 weeks. 5/5 would highly recommend anyone considering taking the plunge to just do it. You will not regret it.
