Coach hawk and coach Amy will find a way to modify the workout to help when there is an injury. Very personable and push you. Recommend for those who have never done crossfit and want to try it out.
Simply the best.
My son is 9 going on 10 & plays football. Hawk has been KEY in helping him develop good habits, speed, endurance, strength (not lifting, just body) & conditioning. My son LOVES going, he is held accountable & pushed in a positive way to succeed. This is his off season destination & sometimes when his technique is suffering, he will even go during the season for some tune up. I recommend them to anyone who asks about some age appropriate training.
Coaches Amy and Hawk make you feel very welcome and take their time getting you comfortable with the movements. All the members are very friendly and willing to give you advice.
