  I lived at The Club for 3 years and the first year they had a lot of changes within the office staff but it did not hinder their customer service. By my second year they had a new staff that was there to stay and they are phenomenal people, even the maintenance staff. I have only had a few issues with my apartment but each request was fulfilled no issue. There are crickets outside and big beetles that you think are roaches but they aren't and I have learned that its just the Avondale area. Very quiet, zero to few noise incidents or loud cars. I lived off Van Buren Street and honestly could not hear anything while I was in my apartment. Overall the community is great, no one is perfect but i enjoyed living there. The management team can make or break where you live and they were and still are great people. Would recommend them to friends and family.

  I just celebrated my 2 year anniversary at the club apartments. 1st off I want to say this I was not looking forward to my monthly rent going higher BUT I will take the increase if it means dealing with a apartment home that knows what they are doing. Yes I have had my share of apartment home issues, but the office people never hesitate to take care of the issue first hand. In all my years in apartment homes I have never seen employees so passionate and eager to assist and get the job done. I love my place and I am happy to call this my home!!

  I honestly have not had a better apartment staff in my life of renting. I love my apartment and how spacious it is. The best thing about a long commute from home to work is that I know if I needed anything Tezra and Ashley will have things done. They are also super friendly and professional. I refuse to move closer to my job because I love my apartment and the staff here! Super clean, no bugs, and quiet!
