  I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The front desk attendant was very friendly and reassuring. The facilities were very clean. The only downside was the wait time between when my vital signs were taken and when I saw the PA. That time took almost 30 mins, Other than that, this was a great experience.

  Very friendly and professional. Very quick visit for my first time. Now that I'm registered it will go a lot faster in the future. Love the on line check in, I can wait in the comfort of my home instead in a waiting room. Very clean.

  Front desk, super nice and professional. Nurse taking vital was nice, and detail. Dr. was short, but straight forward and just went in and out, giving me full diagnosis quick. I guess the only thing, I would've give 5 ⭐stars, is for Doctors to at least greet you, and show a little compassion towards people. I get that they're busy, but a little "Hello, how are you" Would be nice.

  I went into Urgentcare and girl greeted me and had me sign in. We waited 1 hour to be seen, we got there early, however they called us back at the chosen appointment time. Over all the Clinician took a minute to evaluate and assessed my daughter, He did a proper exam and prescribe 2 medications for her earache. We appreciated the staff for their promptness and professionalism.

  Very impressed. It’s hard to find a decent urgent care, and when you’re in pain you’ll take anything but I’m so thankful the staff here was fantastic. The lady at the front desk, was so patient, helpful and kind. You could tell she cared about everyone who walked in. The doc Richard White was cool and confident, didn’t rush and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Drove out of my way to this location because of the good reviews and would recommend this location again.
