(March 5, 2020, 10:28 am)Adam J the Body Pump instructor is great. Full of great energy, his instruction actually makes sense. I like that he keeps the workouts SIMPLE but challenging. KEEP HIM!!
The girl at the front desk has a huge attitude problem. She never smiles and looks bothered when we ask a question. -

(February 28, 2020, 1:40 am)Went in and signed up today and Cesar was great! Made it simple and fast! Very easy to talk to and gave me a great first impression. It makes me so excited to get into the gym now can’t wait to start going in and using it!

(February 19, 2020, 10:22 pm)The staff was so friendly and nice! I thought I was going to a power yoga class, but accidentally went to a hip hop class! I am the most uncoordinated white girl ever and was not made fun of or shamed in the slightest. The instructor was so kind and sweet and did not single me out even though I was the worst in the class! We laughed about the mix up afterward along with some of the other sweet ladies from the class. Apparently, there is a whole seperate Yoga Room! I will be going back to try the yoga at this location (I will spare the members of my horrid dancing skills). The kids club staff was super nice too and the kids immediately asked to go back!
