(January 3, 2019, 11:12 pm)My 2010 GTR died randomly in my work parking lot and was not responsive to the push to start or anything. I was dreading having to get it towed to the nearest Nissan dealership and having to pay an arm and a leg for diagnostic, towing, parts and labor. Along with having to miss work to get it to and from the dealer. Right before I was going to have a towing company come pick it up, I posted on Facebook a quick description of my issue in hopes that someone might know what was going on. I had a few people reach out with some trouble shooting ideas that did not work. Joe messaged me saying he knew instantly what it was and offered to come to me (about 30-45 miles from his shop) at 8pm at night to help me out and fix it for a FRACTION of the cost the dealership quoted. Within 10 minutes of Joe showing up, car was repaired and fine and my anxiety was GONE! My GTR is my pride and joy and I am so happy with the fast service and the extremely amazing price. Thank you Joe Bach for truly saving my butt and saving my wallet.
