  I experienced excellent customer service at this store on two separate occasions. Kimberly was the first to help me and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our transition from at&t. She was patient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Alan helped me the second time to get all our phones set up and he did a great job. Our business phone was this terribly out of date flip phone and he got all our business contacts off it and onto our new smartphone with no hassle as well as helping me set up our other phones. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient with my many questions. I highly recommend requesting either of these two if you come to this store. Thank guys!

  This location has the best customer service. From switching over , to having issues with phones. They always address you immediately and figure out your issue and get to the resolution quick in a friendly manner. Good experience every time in there with all staff especially the store manager.
