  I had an issue with my interlock device (installed from a different shop) and Dario from the Avondale location and his associates from the corporate office in Texas took care of everything.
  
  Dario was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I can not write enough good things about him. He was awesome! He was efficient and a pleasure to work with. He made the process more simple and painless than I ever could've imagined.
  
  The help and attitude that I have received from everyone, from Corporate office to the local shop has been excellent! Thank you again to Ms. Wendy, Ms. Gloria, Ms. Lourdes & Dario they have really eased my worries and helped me through it all! Thank you all so much!

  Mine went perfect. They gave me a free installation, free first month and free removal. I completed my year without any problem.

  At the beginning I was a little scared of getting an interlock installed in my car. And, just thinking about it made me anxious.. but then I started talking to Estevan and I asked him all the questions referring the device and how it worked.
  
  People makes mistakes and I was so worried of being judged or treated differently because of the mistake I did when I was younger. He helped me overcome the fear of being judged for my mistake. Estevan was very polite, he provided EXCELLENT customer service, went above and beyond and was very very patient.. he was AMAZING!
