(July 7, 2022, 11:48 am)Bought my first ever brisket from ACC and smoked it over the 4th of July weekend. I cooked the brisket overnight at 200°F. Then wrapped it in the morning and capped it off at 250°F for the last couple hours of the cook. The meat came out phenomenal. The fat rendered beautifully and infused the meat with so much flavor. My family couldn't get enough of it.I am 100% positive that the quality of the meat from ACC had a large hand in the success of this cook. Keep turning out these high quality cuts!!!! I will definitely be buying more these people. Top notch!!!

Customer service is at times more important than the product you are purchasing. Sure it helps that what you are purchasing is of high quality.
That being said. I want to thank Arlington Cattle for going out of their way and making me feel a valued customer! -

(March 10, 2022, 6:08 pm)Awesome people, we were refused a restroom up the street for our 4 year old son because truck drivers are nasty and ruin the toilets.
Went in here and before we even made a purchase she walked us to the back to let our little one use the restroom, class act! 10/10.
Customer service was great. I'm sure the meat will be too!
