  I took a class with Pam Zeff this morning and it’s the first time I’ve done Pilates in more than two decades. Pam was real, easy to work with, and made me feel comfortable as we worked through the moves. She demonstrated and helped me with each step (as needed) and I was really impressed with the workout. I get nervous about working out in front of others because of my body but not this time. It was a great one-on-one experience and felt real and down to earth. I highly recommend!

  I’ve been working with Pam on the reformer for the past few months. She is knowledgeable and willing to tailor my program to meet my needs and ability. To date she has introduced mat, reformer, and chair Pilates, combining them into my exercise program. She explains proper form for each exercise, and is a positive and encouraging instructor. Pam has a very engaging personality and makes Pilates fun. Her new studio is great, well equipped, bright, and very clean. I highly recommend Sundial Pilates.

  I was recently in Cave Creek Arizona visiting. I am an avid exerciser! I wanted to try something I’ve never done before. A friend suggested a Pilates Class. I happen to be in the area where Sundial Pilates studio was located. Made an appointment with Pamela. My instructor was patient, well informed, and also had a background to boot! I enjoyed my class and instructor. She was amazing!

  SO knowledgable and great teachers! I have gotten such amazing results! Pilates is great for cross training and strength building! I just did a Ragnar trail race and was so much stronger and got less fatigued and avoided injury! Thank you Pam for helping me & teaching me Pilates! Highly recommend for beginners or advanced! They are the best!

  I’ve been working with Jill one on one for several months now. Jill tailors each session to my individual needs as I work towards my goals of building strength, flexibility, and endurance. I truly enjoy working with Jill and the time flies by. The studio is private, comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend Sundial Pilates!
