I changed employers and my dentist of 8 years was no longer a provider so I had to change and I was nervous but AZ Family Dental far surpassed any expectations I had. Scheduling was easy, even when I had to reschedule due to work! They were super accommodating from the start! Then, the day of the appointment, I arrived LATE due to car issues and they were so understanding and pleasant! The exam was thorough, the doctor was amazing and even did my cleaning! Where else does that ever happen? My hygienist was friendly and personable and made me feel like I was her only client the entire day! My insurance was a bit tricky but the receptionist went above and beyond making sure she figured it out and provided me a copy of everything so I wouldn't have to deal with anything myself!

And there is more! I got a personalized, handwritten Thank You note mailed to my home after my appointment!

Dr. V and his staff were professional, courteous and efficient. They were able to take care of all my dental needs. They are even able to accommodate my work schedule and stay late next week to repair some old fillings and fit me for a new aligner (which will be ready for pick up in 24 hrs). I am very happy with my first visit!

I had a fantastic first experience. I called yesterday to book for next week and was thrilled to receive a text this morning offering an appointment today due to a cancelation. The office is super nice and new. Everyone was beyond friendly and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to ask questions to get to know my comfort level with dental cleanings, which I'm mostly good with, but it was nice to have asked prior to starting. It was also nice to be asked if there was anything I would choose to fix and be given a few avenues of solution! Already booked my next appointment. Thank you, Dr. V!

As someone who is usually nervous going to the dentist I was super pleased with my experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took their time, provided further patient education and nothing felt rushed. I loved my experience and am glad I found a dental office that I don’t have to be nervous about!
