Azure Creek

I just want to extend kudos to Heather and Leo for their prompt response to my service request when the power in part of our apartment went out. Leo was at our door in less than ten minutes. Thank you!

Nice places. Good views. Well kept. Only visited to help a friend move his mom's belongings after her passing. Close to services of all sorts. Love the dog area.

I moved here to be closer to my dad, from Chicago. I regret after the things that happened, moving out of my amazing 2 bedroom apartment. I had an amazing kitchen, beautiful landscape, huge bathroom, enough storage and the new management team, and Heather is awesome. I have been in touch with Heather to come back. I should have stayed, instead of running back to Chicago. I miss my apartment at Azure Creek. Neighbors are quiet but friendly. Covered parking is awesome. I miss the swimming pool. Hopefully be back soon. Amazing sunrise and sunsets from my balcony. I am glad the switched property management during my time year and replaced the former manager with Tyleene who is the regional manager until they could transfer Heather from a different property. Tyleene and Heather are nice and understanding. It is so close to Desert Ridge, walking distance to grocery stores. I do wish an actual Starbucks was walking distance, versus the ones in Fry's and Safeway; but there is a Dutch Brothers and Starbucks about 3 miles away on Cave Creek near Carefree. Azure Creek is a good location. 20 minutes from a lot of things such as Kierland Commons, Anthem, etc. There is a brand new Sprouts close by too.

The amazing Sonoran Desert Preserve behind the property gives some GORGEOUS sunsets!

I have lived here since May 2020. Sadly I need to move out due to COVID-19 work reduction programs at my place of employment. I have a 1 bedroom with a good sized balcony right on the desert. Love it! very private, quiet, safe. Neighbors are all friendly. Great appliances. I also have an outside closet to store my bike with BIKE NOOK (great gadget). There are tons of walking and biking trails nearby. There are sometimes issues with internet but hopefully Century Link is working on it. As of now, you can't get Cox here. Still, I recommend these apartments.
