Excellent place to take your car. Everyone I chatted with was super friendly and helpful. I thought I needed a tire balancing but it turned out I needed a new tire. They quickly ordered the tire from another shop, it arrived later that day and they installed it first thing the next morning. Amazing turnaround and service. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend!

A+ Excellent customer service!🏆 I recently moved to AZ from KS. I asked locals for recommendations and was referred to Wilhelm Automotive in Cave Creek. I stopped into the business one early morning this week to make the appointment. Dana was so incredibly kind and friendly in every way! I knew instantly I wanted to give them my business. Dana arranged for their service guy, Brad, to give me a ride while my car was being serviced. Brad opened my car door, which I loved, and gave me lots of helpful info on “my new town” during our drive to and from. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This shop has all my trust. They go above and beyond for customers and are extremely professional, kind, honest, efficient, and hardworking. My interactions have always been with Dana, Bradley & Logan, all three of whom are incredible at their jobs and lovely to interact with. You're in great hands with everyone here.

There are several Wilhelm locations; I have only used this one. They are excellent. Attentive and friendly staff. They work quickly and I almost always have my car back same day if i get it there early enough or make an appointment. Honest, competent shop and very reasonable pricing.

Amazing service! Wilhelm went above and beyond to not only perform the service I requested, they also tracked down some alternative components that saved me a lot of money... And finished the service ahead of schedule so I was on time leaving for a trip. They kept me updated with calls and texts as they went. Amazing! Can't wait to come back again! (Well, except that I hope my truck doesn't break ;)
