“I have been going here for approximately 20 years. Formerly EVDI. I always had excellent service and was a little skeptical going to the new Banner. I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received. Lacey checked me in and was friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my doctors orders and she went out of her way to get orders faxed and also a verbal order so I would not have to reschedule. Never made me feel foolish for forgetting to bring them. Thank you Lacey!!!????. My mammogram was done by Lisa. I have never had a better experience. She was friendly and gentle. Mammo’s are not something enjoyable and I do not look forward to them. I will be requesting Lisa every time I need one and will not feel as nervous or anxious when having one done. Thank you both for an amazing experience ????”

“Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. The first time I walked in as a new patient I felt welcomed by the receptionist. I saw the nurse practitioner Megan for my consult. She was very thorough in my examination and very detail oriented. She was very kind and answered any questions I had. She will go out of her way to help a patient in need as well as Dr. Thomas and Tyra. The next visit I saw Dr. Thomas and he was also very kind and friendly. He really cares for his patient's along with all the rest of the staff. There was a mishap with my imaging on monday and Dr. Thomas and Tyra were amazing at handling the mishap. They made phone calls, etc and was able to get everything sorted out the same day. I highly recommend Novocure to anyone looking for a pain management doctor. Thank you Novocure!!”
