On this particular visit, actually had an associate talk me out of the product I chose, and suggested a more cost effective (cheaper) solution to my car problem. They appear to prefer long term customer loyalty and return business than a quick sale. That's cool.

(February 23, 2023, 1:17 pm)Great service! I bought a ratchet adapter going from 3/4" drive to 1/2" drive. I torqued it pretty seriously and broke it. I took it back and explained how I was using it and they still gave me my money back!
Bought a replacement and they helped me find the items I needed. They go all out to help a person. NAPA has been one of my favorite stores and this experience has re-enforced that.
