I usually come here a 3-4 times a month and have been drinking here for some years. I always order the classic green milk tea. The pros are that the tea and boba are satisfactory, in my opinion my top 2 boba places I would choose to go to. But the thing that made me choose to write a review is that every time the workers finish the drink it’s always not wiped properly and it’s been happening for every time I come here the cup is always sticky and it feels like they just make the drink and give it to the customers right when it’s done not trying to attempt wiping it clean. But other than that the customer service is good and the workers are friendly.

I was there about 9pm and they were still open. The young guy didn't appear to be impatient or rushing due to the late time. He reminded me of the sugar and ice level that I always forgot to customize but surely need half sugar and less ice. The oolong tea is pretty zesty, much flavorful than many stores who didn't brew their tea daily. I used to own a restaurant that provides boba tea so I can tell their pearl balls are fresh with honey. The one thing needs to improve is the price menu. It still shows the old price but when I paid, it's over $6 after tax which is not too pricey compare to their peers.

Wow! This is a great and fun location. The patio is perfect for a boba and people watching. It’s also dog friendly. The staff is helpful, patient, and friendly. The menu has a wide variety of tasty options and certainly something for everyone. The Okinawa milk tea is delicious. Try the half ice or half sweet options.
