(November 18, 2019, 5:05 pm)Chris was very helpful and honest with my problem. My GMC was making a terrible vibration, grinding noise when I was in backing up in reverse. Thought it was transmission problems, CV joints, axle going out, etc. He looked at it and told me a bolt had come out from the caliper on front drivers side causing the problem. Replaced part and $20.00 later on my way. I was so relieved. He was absolutely honest, helpful and I recommend Chris very highly. I will return on any future automotive needs.

I think i found one in Chris at top tech. im new to chandler and was recommended here and im very glad i was. He got me in same day with diagnoses, fair $$, and recommendations. (August 13, 2019, 8:18 pm)Chris (the owner) is so honest and nice! I took my car into a national chain and was told I needed a whole new engine at the cost of 10k. My car is a 2015 with 125k miles, so while it isn't brand new, it shouldn't require a new engine. After feeling sorry for myself and wallowing in self-pity, I decided to get a second opinion. My friends highly recommended Chris and I’m so glad I listened to them! Turns out I only needed an alternator at the cost of $579. Chris fixes my car quickly and it is running like a dream. I will now take my car to stop Tech for all service and maintenance needs! I can’t thank them enough!
