Where do I begin with this review? Daria and Chelsea were recommended by a friend. We met while I was in AZ for a social event and my host intoiduced us. The first day, we toured several properties for an "orientation", since we were moving back to PHX after a long hiatus. The ladies were prepared, attentive, communicative and worked hard to get to know us and our needs.

We found a home and placed a contingent offer, since our home in Boise was on the (declining) market and had not yet sold. Daria worked with the listing agent to keep him focused on the prize while our Idaho home languished on the market. She negotiated and extension on the AZ property and magic happened! Idaho sold --- we closed there on Thursday and closed Friday in AZ. OMG!!!

Now we are moving in to our new place and, as new residents, need referrals for plumbing, roof, pest, electrical, pool, lawn --- whew!!! Where do we turn? You guessed it --- Daria and Chelsea.
