  Daniel and his paralegal Melanie are a great team, I was afraid and embarrassed to file for bankruptcy but since the first day we met Daniel he truly treated us always with the up most respect and made it such an easy process and Melanie his paralegal is very helpful and always answered all of our questions and concerns, honestly It was hard to make this decision but I’m glad that I had such wonderful people to help us with this!!!

  Four years ago my life had some tragic events that left me no choice but to file bankruptcy. I interviewed several Firms and decided to hire the Neeley Law Firm. And I have to say I am so happy I did. Everyone in this firm is kind and pleasant with no judgment. They handled everything for me and it has changed my life ,and I am so grateful to them.   I would recommend Neeley Law to anyone, we used them for our bankruptcy, they were so nice and professional. I have to give a huge thanks to Danial and Paige they really are the best. they answered every question and even with bumps in the road made our journey through the process easy and painless.   I just LOVE Neely Law Firm ! !
  They really know know how to treat the people that have chosen them. I felt cared about from my first call. It was late afternoon when Erik answered my call. He ACTIVELY listened to me. It was clear he heard my concern because once he transferred me to Nick, he already knew how to help me and he DID ! His team let me know exactly what I needed to do. (which I did Post Haste)????
  
  I would strongly suggest to anyone needing caring lawyer to just one call to Neely and you will be happy you did.
  I’ve never been treated so well by any other business. Every call and visit left me stunned ! I wondered why I was being treated so well. We expect great customer service anywhere we go but they go beyond that, like on a scale from 1-10, I give them a 15 - easily.
