  I gave this 5 Star Senior Living (according to their welcome mat) 4 stars because the woman who was assisting us (Lisa) with the move in was more interested in talking on her cell phone about her Christmas dinner plans than helping us locate a missing package that had been delivered 2 days before.
  
  And why is the front desk supervisor at a senior citizen living complex hosting a large dinner party at the peak of a pandemic!!!

  The new management team are so easy to work with. They truly care about their residents and their family. Excellent food, friendly staff. I highly recommend this community.

  Meridian at Laguna Hills is a beautiful resort style community. From the minute you walk in you feel the friendliness of the staff and residents seem to love it there. Their food is great. The staff works hard to make sure that all needs are met. Great place!

  My mom moved to Villa Valencia in June 2019. The first thing she said was she should have moved here earlier. We looked at several places, but Villa Valencia was the top choice by far. I certainly couldn't praise enough the quality of the entire staff, which is so important. There was genuine care and concern for the residents, real sincerity. Plus, it was the first time in a few years my mom actually gained needed weight. The menus for each meal have terrific choices, and are wonderfully prepared. And the residential units are extremely well designed, with care and consideration for what an independent person or one needing assistance needs to be fully comfortable. There are also lots of social activities one can participate in. A well-run and extremely well-equipped place that goes the extra mile to provide the comfort and care residents need. Villa Valencia is truly a special place, and it shows not only in my mom's attitude, but all those I've met and come to know during my visits.

  Love this place. We visit grandma. Everyone is friendly and the community is Super Clean!
