  FINALLY I have found a vet in Arizona!! I came from the best vet in the world back in San Diego, but haven’t had luck since moving here. The doctor was sooo sweet and really informative. I also liked most of the staff. This was my first appointment, but so far so good. I only took off one star, but I did it due to pricing. I understand that you pay for quality, but this place is STEEP. I came from a vet in a very affluent neighborhood of San Diego and I didn’t pay even near what I was charged here. It’s a bit of an issue. Otherwise, great spot.

  Dr. Julien and the entire staff were completely professional and extremely compassionate when it came to my puppy. He got very sick and had to be hospitalized during the day, and even passed away. Dr. Julien and technician Gabby were very kind and sweet, they made this whole ordeal a lot easier to deal with. You could really tell how involved they get in their cases, they treated my little Petey as if he were their own. Dr. Julien even went as far as to do some of his own research to help me understand what happened to my poor baby. They were also very affordable compared to some other clinics when it came to an emergency situation like mine was. I would highly recommend this clinic.

  I was able to get a same day appointment and it was on a weekend! Their prices were very fair and I felt great about the care they provided for my dog! Dr. Baxley was spunky, in high spirits and so sweet and easy to work with. I’ve been to several vets as I’ve moved a significant number of times and this by far has been the best experience. My dog was even happy leaving this place when he usually leaves vets offices nervous. Thank you to the amazing friendly staff as well!

  I brought my bulldog in for some much needed antibiotics and steroids for a double ear infection due to many allergies. He was in dire need of treatment. Which is something I don't always have the budget for. I chose Trilogy because of their 5 star rating despite the fact that they are a half-hour away. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Emma. She was extremely nice and professional, listened to me and never made me feel rushed. I was able to get a same day appt. So I was thrilled. When I got there, I was impressed with their handling of the pandemic situation with happiness to come out to the car and retrieve King and explain the next steps. Everyone was really nice! Shortly Dr. Carpenter came out and spoke to me about the plan of action, again never made me feel rushed or shamed me about the condition my dogs ears were in (as some vets do), she answered all my questions with patience despite the hot sun beating down on her. Another tech came out and reviewed pricing with me and gave me options to choose what items I wanted to address. That was nice although I went for the whole kit and caboodle. I felt their prices to be reasonable. Two days later, I received a call checking up on King. I appreciated that. Yesterday, I brought King back for his follow-up. Everybody was so nice and pleasant like they had known King for years. It was nice to be told how much better he looked. It seemed genuine. Dr. Carpenter came out with the same compassionate and caring manner to discuss his progress. She's a great listener so that was consistent and appreciated. All in all its a great experience. I feel blessed that I found them and the drive time does not matter to me. King and I have found his forever Vet..... Now wait until they meet my Sharpei-Pitbull mix Tiva! She's a happy wild girl! Thank you Trilogy for such great care!

  First time here today and I was behind impressed. Excellent communication with the medical providers, staff and their customers. They also clearly know what they are doing. They are a little more expensive than what I have been used to but I am positive that you are getting what you pay for. I met the owner of the facility and I was impressed by her professionalism and customer driven demeanor. I am glad our vet is now part of this practice. As a medical professional, I was also very pleased by their procedures to keep everyone safe during COVID.
