  I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sandy. She is truly amazing. Not only did she explain everything I needed to know about the storage unit I needed, she was extremely down to earth and genuine. She made me feel like she cared about my situation and talked to me like a person instead of someone just trying to make a sale.

  The staff at Cube Smart Self Storage in Chandler was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made it very simple to move my belongings in to my store space.

  Editing my review from 10+ months ago where I gave them 5 stars, but I want to thank Sandy for going above and beyond with her customer service. We were moving storage units to a place closer to our home, and while my husband ran home to unload and come back to pick up the second load, Sandy waited with me for 15+ minutes after her shift ended so I would not have to wait alone. I was very thankful as I felt a little nervous about waiting alone (safety in numbers!). I would have never asked that of her, but she didn't hesitate to offer and I think that speaks volumes- No matter who I deal with at this location they are always so helpful and go the extra mile. Even though I am no longer a customer, I will always recommend CubeSmart!
