These fellas changed my life!

I go here and I'm 12 and on my first day I was nervous buy through on the year I enjoyed it and got stronger and faster

I have been training at South Chandler FAST for almost 2 years and it is my happiest place on earth. I am 42 years old, a mom of two and am in the best shape of my life. Chris, Travis and all of the FAST trainers are spectacular and go the extra mile to get the best results for their clients. They are very knowledgeable about diet, nutrition and body mechanics, so when I have to modify a workout to best suit my needs at the moment, they are more than willing to help. During these two years, my blood sugar has lowered, my waist size has decreased and my good cholesterol levels have risen. Training at FAST has truly become and integral part of my life and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

In addition, my son has done some sports camps with the trainers and has really enjoyed that. In just a few sessions, he can see an improvement in his strength, speed and agility. Again, the trainers are great and do a wonderful job with student athletes.

I cannot say enough positive things about South Chandler FAST. Training there will be the best decision you could ever make!

Travis and Chris are amazing! They are both highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable trainers who will put you at ease immediately. It really feels like you are getting the personal trainer experience at FAST since they help you every single step of the way. They are motivational without any yelling and never make you feel uncomfortable in any way. Since my first day I was hooked – I won’t go anywhere else and definitely recommend FAST to anyone looking to reach your fitness goals in an awesome environment and with great people.

I was definitely nervous to work out at FAST. I had never worked with a trainer before, and I was a ballerina all my life, so strength training was a foreign concept to me. After 15 minutes, my nerves were put to rest. All workouts are customized to the individual which is awesome because you see the results you want to see without being pushed to do things you can't do. Travis and Chris are awesome guys and make working out fun instead of another thing to cross off the to-do list.
