  I have been renting from Avis for 1 year as an Uber driver. The cars are very reliable and the staff at the Chandler location go above and beyond to accommodate any needs I may have.

  This company and especially this location is amazing. The employees are kind and helpful. They work hard to make sure their customers are treated with respect and taken care of 100%. I highly recommend giving your business to this location because even when you're stressed and lose your head they will keep theirs. Thank you Avis and thank your wonderful team.

  The customer service is always good whenever I rent a car from Avis. Unfortunately. my car was dirty due to the Monsoon from the previous night. However, the inside was not clean and reeked cigarette smoke inside.

  Other than rental prices being insanely high right now, we had a great trip. The staff was really nice and when we found an issue with our first car option, they were quick to switch us to another without issue. We have always rented here and will continue to do so.

  I have been renting from this location for about an entire year now. I've probably rented 15 times or so. I shoot landscapes, so I'm usually all over the south west! This place is great. It's an Avis and a budget location built in 1. Making it super convenient to choose a lower cost, especially if you're a cheapo like myself.
  
  If all the times I've rented here, I've never had one single bad experience. They are usually quick and efficient. Even the guys that work in the back (that make sure you're car is clean and ready to go) are super nice! Barb has always been great! There are times where you will have to wait, but let's face it...people show up when they want to show up!
  
  They always make you feel appreciated, and I honestly think that's how real customer service should be. I'm moving soon further in South Chandler, so I pray that the next Avis will be half as good as this location.
