  Slightly older staff means they are super polite & courteous. I was able to hold a conversation with the cashier which is unusual with the younger crowd. She knew how to spell my name and used it several times. Overall this was an outstanding experience. Granted this is good food fast, but this level of service should be commended.

  Just hit a drive through. But it was quick, food was hot and sometimes that's more than you can expect at fast food places 😂

  What a wonderful place. My father-in-law moved here from an assisted living "warehouse" in Florida. He was unable to eat on his own or even get out of bed when he got here. Within a month the staff had him getting up every day with a big smile and eating in the dining room 3 times a day. He passed away after a year but he said many times how he wished he had moved there years earlier. Fantastic caring staff, excellent food, clean fun place, all around top notch. I want to move there when I finally need to have assisted living.

  Normally don’t write reviews but this resident care and their staff really do show their appreciation. My mother is in memory care and is having a difficult time at the moment. Care staff Juan and Lizeth are consistently coming into my mothers room making sure she is doing okay bringing her anything she needs, making sure she is comfortable in bed, and really just giving her a little company so she doesn’t feel alone. It is a difficult time for us right now but we are so grateful for such wonderful and caring staff like these 2. Thank you so much Gardens.

  I visited the Gardens of Ocotillo and was immediately impressed. Of course their building is beautiful, but what impressed me the most was the staff interaction with their residents, the smiles on the residents faces and you could truly see the staff loves what they do. I was toured by Dave and he was kind and warm. He knew the residents names and as he toured me he would always greet his residents as they passed by. I would definitely recommend this community if your looking for a place that will keep your loved engaged and happy.

  I went in with a family member on a weekend afternoon to see a loved one who lives in the Memory Care unit. One caregiver, Lizette, really showed her love for caring for residents. I walked in to go see my family member while she was making the bed, picking up trash, and pretty making sure the room looked absolutely spotless! After she went around interacting with the residents making sure they were okay. Really melt my heart seeing such great staff members looking after my family member and others! So many amazing staff members! Really recommend this facility to anyone looking for the proper care for a loved one.

  The Gardens & Staff are Great!
  Our mother has lived at the Gardens for almost 2 years. Recently she moved to a new larger apartment. The staff, especially Tammy Ojwang, Executive Director, was helpful, expeditious and efficient throughout the entire process. She kept us informed at each step of the process, ensuring my mother's care and happiness with the change was paramount, keeping the family fully informed. The Gardens is a beautiful facility, well appointed with awesome staff & leadership. We and our mother is extremely happy living at the Gardens! We highly recommend this complex!!
