I have been waiting for 40 days for my sons glasses and no one at the place in Chandler can give use a good answer on why this is taking so long and all of this because the ones that they made him less than 6 months ago are the incorrect frame for his face and causing severe sores and ulcers on his face.
What is sad that not even asking to be contacted by a manager has ever resulted in even a freaking call back
