I was very impressed with the facility but more than that the guy who took me in the golf cart to see the unit before I rented it (Todd) was very thorough explaining everything and a genuinely nice guy. I felt like he really cares about what he does for Storage West and wanted to make sure I felt good about the process and the unit I was renting. It was such a good surprise and I text my wife when I left telling her "this place is great!". AND, after researching A LOT of storage facilities, Storage West by far has the best rates.

(May 2, 2018, 11:17 am)Mike left, and someone else is there now. Someone not as helpful. When I mentioned that the price is higher than somewhere else I found nearby, the guy at the front desk just shrugged. So, I cancelled and went to the other guy! Front desk guy seemed busy though, so who knows. I liked the place better when Mike was around, he even had contacts for moving people, too.

(April 4, 2016, 2:20 pm)Because Of Mike And His Great Service Along With His Other Workers We'll Be Back Whenever We Move Back To Phoenix And Need A Storage. We Got A Small One And It Was Very Secure, Clean, And Love The Fact Their Gates Are Always Top Notch Working Conditions ???? As Bonus The Monthly Payments Are Reasonable Just As Long As You Keep The Update On It, Don't Forget About It. I'd Recommend This For Anyone And Do Ask For Mike, He's A Great Guy ????
