Katie Flickinger was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. She exceeded my expectations. I felt that she truly listened to me and took the extra steps to listen to my complaints. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm being heard. I wanted to express my gratitude and let others know that there are health care professionals out there that truly do care. The office staff was great and I was seen at my appointment time which is a plus.
