The owner was very nice and has been such a great help. With covid going on things are just a little hectic now with all businesses. The company is a great company and Robert was so nice and very helpful. I get my rims tomorrow I’m so excited. Pics coming soon.

Came to the store front location and waited in the lobby. Waited for awhile and was never even recognized or spoken to. I understand people are busy but when someone was available to not even acknowledge me was so rude. I would not go to this place to give my business.

I had a great customer experience with Element Wheels as these guys know cars and wheels. My car (C5)Corvette is not one that you can just take any wheel out of a box and bolt on. They worked with me and Savini to build the right wheel for the car and it looks amazing. Fitment and look are everything and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Mr. Mike Davis from Element Wheels. He's an awesome human being. He answered all the questions I had regarding the wheels I was looking the purchase. He discussed tire and wheel sizes., offsets, fitment and what type of mounting and balancing I needed since I purchased my tires separately. He was very helpful and accommodating. I would likely use Element Wheels in the future. I recommend Element Wheels to anyone who would like to be treated with respect and who wants to feel like someone cares about your purchase and values your business.
