Truly Michael rates in the top 1% of the companies from which I order online or over the phone. To say he goes out of his way to do WHATEVER he can to insure you have a very positive and fulfilling experience is an understatement. We could tell his oils and vinegars were way above the ordinary in taste and refinement. You will not be disappointed.
High quality products , I love the fact that all their extra virgin olive oils are crushed and not infused , it has a much fresher flavor . Taste their herb blends made with organic herbs, they are amazing!!!!!!!
Great tasting herbs to die for also really thick and tasty balsamic vinegar let's not forget the pure olive oils my favorite is the smoked jalapeño
I received a selection of these olive oils and vinegars about 2 weeks ago, and they might already be close to gone! The flavors are so deep and poignant, and their texture is to die for. I honestly have nothing bad to say about anything that this company puts out. My favorite at the moment is the lemon basil extra virgin olive oil. The lemon flavor is so strong that I don't add lemon vest or juice to anything that requires it.
The other day I mixed the garlic basil olive oil and a balsamic vinegar with pepper and it made a great salad dressing.
I would recommend these to any household.
