My experience was with ease. I scheduled my appointment on line and requested confirmation that they accept my insurance which they did the very next morning (I scheduled after business hours). They emailed me and called to confirm my appointment the day before. I was also called and asked to either arrive early to complete paperwork or print on line, complete and bring with me. The staff was very nice all had smiles and made me feel welcome. The nurse practitioner Tyanne listened to my concerns and was very helpful. Overall from start to finish it was a great and easy experience.

We have been seeing Dr. Le and his practice for about a year. It had been difficult to find a family practice that we were happy with. We are so blessed to have found them. Every single person involved with their practice has been fantastic!

Wonderful staff. I had a rest first impression with this office. I felt heard and did not feel rushed through my appointment like I have had with previous doctors. That you for putting your patients first and taking all the time you do.

I have been a patient at Fountains Family Care since the beginning of 2018. Each time, I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment to begin. Each member of the staff with whom I've interacted (probably about ten people including Dr. Le) has been pleasant and professional. I have also found Dr. Le and the two Nurse Practitioners I've seen (Phung and Tyann) to be very comprehensive regarding medical matters. I would highly recommend Fountains Family Care to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

I just feel good there. The staff is great and they provide you a lot of attention. They talk to you over what you are being seen for. Did I mention the staff is great?
It is a great clinic for Primary Doctor.
