  This is great community around this area of chandler. Very responsive staff and management. Management is very professional and address issue very well. People in community are great and very safe to live here. Excellent infrastructure and amenities.

  Very nice property, with great apts in a very upscale location . with a very good maintenance staff. Most common areas are well kept especially on the South side pool area that prospective residents first see. The complex however needs to maintain both the north and south sides equally. The breezeways between the buildings need to be kept up with weekly sweeping and or by use of landscaping blowers to rid the area of bees, spiders and debris . BBq's need to be cleaned by complex management not residents that pay rent in the thousands. Trash areas need to be inspected daily and gates closed after trash pick up. Attention to details will help retain residents. Office staff is a mix between some very nice and professional people and others that appear not to like their jobs at all.

  Wow! It’s been 3.6 years calling Almeria home and as we clean up on our final night here it is a little bitter sweet. While we have purchased a home, which is super exciting, there are many things we will miss about living at Almeria! For sure the maintenance crew who has always been there at the drop of a hat to help us out will be missed, they were always the most friendly personable guys. We will also miss the helpful, kind office staff. We went through a management change while living here and at first it was a little rocky as to be expected with change but over time the new management has made great strides and efforts to improve the community. They showed us grace and patience in times of frustration and truly have been awesome. We will surely miss the people and amenities that we enjoyed while at Almeria. Thank you all for a wonderful three and a half years. If anyone is looking for a place to call home we would absolutely encourage you to consider this complex. ♥️

  Amazing amazing amazing!
  Josh in maintenance is phenomenal, he went above and beyond and really showed he cared and got my appliances up and running again, this is the best and fastest maintenance tech to respond to repairs compared to other places I’ve lived. All management is amazing and so kind.
